- Training large language models (LLMs): comparing the outputs of 2 or more models, evaluating across several axes (such as factuality, style, instruction following, overall performance), across coding, mathematics, and general.
- Writing responses: including detailed solutions to advanced mathematics problems and general responses ensuring for factuality, appropriate tone, and proper styling & formatting.
- Fine-tuning AI agents: ensuring agent-produced plans are correct and efficient, not wasting tool calls, finding the correct information, and following guidelines.

Charity Shop
Sue Ryder; March 2026–Present
- Customer service: answering customer queries, helping customers locate stock.
- Keeping the shop presentable: ensuring all items on display are in the correct categories and sizes and displays are colour-coordinated.
- Keeping stock flowing: removing old stock and bringing out new stock for a variety of products.
- Accepting donations: accepting bulk
donations and:
- Sorting items into categories
- Quality checks for suitability and making sure they meet health and safety regulations (such as with electronics or toys)
- Researching online to determine accurate and fair pricing
